Mental-health cohorts that help people navigate the weight of CMT, rediscover who they are, and move forward with identity and purpose.
Inclusive movement and adaptive training for every level—whether you are fighting to move or pushing your limits.
Podcast, video, and stories that amplify real voices from the CMT community—so people can be seen, heard, and understood.
September 12–21, 2027, Team CMT Unbroken will bring climbers living with CMT to Mount Kilimanjaro. The expedition and its documentary will challenge what people expect from disability. Support helps athletes reach the mountain and carries their stories far beyond it.
CMT Unbroken is a community for people living with CMT and other neuromuscular conditions who want more than being defined by a diagnosis.
We make room for the inner work of identity and mental health, the practical work of adaptive movement, and the outward work of telling our stories.
Here, progress is personal. Strength can look different. And no one has to build a meaningful life alone.
The Mission
CMT Unbroken brings people living with CMT and other neuromuscular conditions together to find support, build confidence, and keep moving forward on their own terms.
What We Believe
A diagnosis can change a body, but it does not erase identity, purpose, possibility, or community. Progress looks different for everyone—and every form of progress counts.
How We Work
We create practical paths for connection, adaptive movement, and real stories through The Frontier Within, Forward Motion, and Unbroken Voices.
Our Approach
We lead with lived experience, listen without judgment, and make room for each person’s goals—whether that means seeking support, taking a first step, training for a summit, or sharing a story.
